At Arrowhead Design Group, we were excited to lead the branding and logo redesign for Local Peanut Co., aiming to infuse their identity with authentic Southern charm. We created a custom illustration featuring a friendly peanut character holding South Carolina’s iconic crescent moon, embodying the essence of Southern hospitality. Drawing inspiration from the region’s landscape, our color palette evoked comfort and nostalgia, while our typography balanced tradition and modernity. Applying the cohesive brand identity across packaging and apparel, our goal was to resonate with customers and attract new patrons. Since the launch, the refreshed branding has propelled Local Peanut Co. to increased recognition and engagement, especially as they sell their products in Hot Spot gas stations across South Carolina, solidifying their position as a beloved local snack purveyor across the Upstate.
