How Long Does a Website Project Take?

On average, our website projects take around 3 months to complete, assuming all phases stay on schedule. This includes discovery, design, development, content, and revisions. Our team is typically booked about one month out, so we recommend reaching out early to reserve your spot. In some cases, we can accommodate rush projects for an additional fee.

How much does a website cost?

Our custom websites typically start at $4,500, with pricing varying based on size, features, and complexity. We’re happy to provide a detailed quote once we learn more about your goals and needs.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Graphic Design

What logo and branding packages do you offer?

We offer three tiers:

  • Logo Refresh – a modern update of your existing mark.

  • Signature Logo Design – completely new concepts built from the ground up.

  • Branded Media Kit – an in-depth system (ideal for corporate or collegiate clients) that includes logo suites, sub-marks, and extended brand assets.

Every package comes with a brand guide, original vector art files (EPS), and media-ready PDFs, PNGs, and JPEGs—delivered by our in-house team of professional designers and illustrators.

How are print marketing materials priced? (Brochures, Business Cards, etc.)

Print design projects are billed hourly, with a project estimate provided up front (minimum $500). We focus on keeping your brand consistent across every touchpoint—whether it’s brochures, rack cards, signage, postcards, or billboards. Our designs are built to be evergreen, meaning they’re crafted to last beyond a single use.

Please note: we do not handle the physical printing of your materials. Once your final design is approved, we’ll either send the print-ready files to a printer of your choice, or to one of our trusted local printing partners in Spartanburg, SC. The printer will work directly with you to provide a quote and handle the production process separately.

How do you handle digital design projects? (Social Graphics, Digital Flyers, etc.)

Digital design projects—such as social media graphics, email headers, digital ads, and website visuals—are billed hourly, with an estimated number of hours provided up front so you know what to expect.

We offer both one-time design packages and ongoing monthly packages at a discounted rate for clients who need continuous digital content. All files are delivered in optimized formats for web or social media use, and we’re happy to work within your platform’s specs or brand guidelines. Whether you need a quick post design or a full campaign rollout, we’ll tailor the work to your goals and timeline.

We offer a wide range of custom videography services including interview-style videos, brand commercials, podcast visuals, event coverage, and more. All projects are filmed using high-quality Canon equipment for a cinematic, professional finish.

Due to the custom nature of video production, timelines and costs can vary. In general, most video projects start around $2,500 and take approximately 2 months from pre-production (outlining and shot lists) through filming and editing. For clients needing ongoing support, we offer monthly video packages at a discounted rate.

What types of photography services do you offer?

We specialize in on-location photography that captures your brand in action. Common services include:

  • Environmental team headshots (no studio backdrops)

  • Real estate and location-based shoots

  • Candid event photography (no step-and-repeats)

  • Retail lifestyle sessions

  • Product photography for digital and print use

Our photographers use high-quality Canon equipment to ensure crisp, clean, and consistent results. Standard turnaround time for photos is 2 weeks, with “teaser” photos available for event clients who need a sneak peek within a few days.

How does your social media content creation service work?

We offer monthly content creation packages designed to keep your social feeds fresh and engaging. Each month, our team will visit your location to gather photos, video clips, and key info for graphics. These packages are flexible and mix-and-match, allowing you to build a custom quote that fits your needs and budget.

All content is edited and delivered within 1 week of the shoot—ready to post and tailored to your brand.

Do you offer drone photo and video services?

Yes! We use top-of-the-line DJI drone equipment operated by a licensed drone pilot on staff. Drone services are ideal for:

  • Event coverage

  • Real estate and property showcases

Will your team travel for photo and video shoots?

Arrowhead is based in Spartanburg, SC and primarily serves the Upstate and surrounding areas, but we’re happy to travel to locations within a 6-hour drive of our studio.
