Please note: All podcast reservations require a signed contract or service agreement and waiver. Cash and checks are not accepted for payment. Monthly hours do not roll over on monthly plans if unused, and refunds will not be issued for missed sessions. 1TB SanDisk microSD card is available for recording as needed, but recordings must be offloaded during your scheduled session. We encourage you to bring your own microSD card(s) for time efficiency.

Please note that your session is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from the Arrowhead team. To hold your requested scheduling window, payment must be submitted at the time of booking. All sessions require a signed service agreement and waiver prior to your scheduled date to ensure a smooth, safe, and fully prepared recording experience.
